How do plan changes, cancellation and unused credits work?
Annual plans are billed yearly and can be cancelled any time. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans as needed. Unused credits reset on subscription renewal.
What happens if more candidates apply than my credit limit?
Candidates can still apply and finish their interviews. You only lose access to interview results above your limit until you top up. Top-ups instantly unlock the locked results.
How does billing, VAT and purchase orders work?
We are based in Estonia (EU) and support VAT-free payments where applicable. Purchase orders are accepted for yearly plans on Medium and Enterprise tiers. Non-profit organisations are eligible for a 20% discount, contact us to apply.
How is candidate privacy and compliance handled?
We are GDPR-compliant with bank-level security for candidate data. The platform is regularly updated to stay compliant with labour and anti-discrimination laws so you can maintain fair hiring practices.
What support and onboarding is included?
All plans include helpdesk access and tutorials. Medium and Enterprise customers also get a dedicated account manager.
